The hotel is centrally located in Lourdes, making it easy to explore the town and visit the Sanctuary. The rooms, while clean, had a bad smell and were not up to the usual standard of Mercure hotels. The service was fantastic, with friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience offered tasty local products but may lack variety. Overall, a convenient location with some room for improvement in the rooms and dining options.
